Your Rights & Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bm55" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to bm55.bar, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for delivering gaming and betting services to registered users.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a bm55 account, whether for the purpose of gaming, betting, or any other platform service.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on bm55.bar, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by bm55, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, video poker, and account management tools.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency denomination used across all bm55 account balances, transactions, and game markets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a User's account under a bm55 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which registration or use of bm55 is not permitted, as notified by bm55 from time to time.

By accessing bm55.bar, registering a bm55 account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bm55 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with bm55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bm55. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional terms issued in connection with a specific bm55 offer, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

Access to bm55 and use of any of its Services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bm55 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any paid gaming feature on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bm55 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a bm55 employee or contractor.
• You must not be self-excluded from the bm55 platform or subject to a cooling-off period imposed by bm55 or a related gaming operator.
• You must be registering and operating only one individual account in your own name. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

bm55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time bm55 has reasonable grounds to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

To access the full range of bm55 Services, you must create a registered account via the bm55 Login page. Each individual may hold only one active account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. bm55 shall not be liable for any loss or delay in processing arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User. Providing false identity information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be referred to relevant authorities.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm55 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bm55 will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to bm55 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

All deposits on the bm55 platform are processed and held in PKR. bm55 supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set by bm55 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your bm55 account dashboard at the time of deposit.

All funds deposited into a bm55 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the relevant deposit and potential account suspension. bm55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawals from a bm55 account may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bm55 account. bm55 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal is processed, bm55 may require identity verification documents, including a government-issued CNIC or passport. Processing times for withdrawal requests are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Visa and Mastercard refunds: typically processed within 3–7 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing times.

bm55 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined by bm55's compliance team from time to time. Such checks may require the User to submit additional documentation. bm55 will communicate any such requirements promptly and will process the withdrawal as soon as all requirements have been satisfied.

Any Bonus Funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money balances and Bonus Fund balances are tracked separately within your bm55 account dashboard.

bm55 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms issued alongside each promotion, which must be read carefully before opting in. The following general bonus terms apply across all bm55 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and carry wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, household address, IP address, or payment method.
• bm55 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount or associated winnings from a User's account if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Bonuses have defined expiry windows. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and remaining Bonus Fund balance will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.
• bm55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All games available on the bm55 platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slots, Deuces Wild video poker, and Blackjack MH — are operated using certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers under supervised studio conditions. The outcomes of all games are determined by the mechanics of the game itself and not by any intervention by bm55.

Specific game rules for each product are displayed within the relevant game interface on the bm55 platform. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing any bet. By placing a bet or initiating any game round on bm55, you confirm that you understand and accept the specific rules of that game.

8.1 Betting Markets

Cricket betting markets on bm55 — including PSL matches, international Test series, T20Is, and ODIs — are governed by specific market rules published alongside each event. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by external circumstances, bm55's market settlement rules will apply as published. bm55 reserves the right to void a market or amend settlement where a clear error in pricing has occurred.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error occurring during an active game round, bm55 will investigate the incident and apply its technical fault procedures to determine the appropriate resolution. Where game data cannot be recovered, bm55 may void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. bm55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical faults outside of its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one bm55 account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person policy.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or providing funds derived from criminal activity for use on bm55.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, algorithm, or software component of the bm55 platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with bm55 games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or operate a bm55 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bm55 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

bm55 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All bm55 accounts include access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending on bm55.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session time alerts to keep track of how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your bm55 account access for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all bm55 Services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

bm55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bm55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• A User has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information at registration or during an identity verification process.
• A User is found to be under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to hold a bm55 account.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs bm55 to restrict or terminate the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bm55 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the User's own request and no breach exists, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following identity verification.

All content on the bm55 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of bm55 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bm55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bm55 content without express prior written consent from bm55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm55 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's access to or use of the bm55 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if bm55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bm55's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bm55 collects, processes, and stores User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and bm55. By registering a bm55 account, you consent to bm55's collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bm55 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect User data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. bm55 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

bm55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bm55 will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the bm55 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bm55 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using bm55 immediately and may request account closure by contacting bm55 support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bm55 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to bm55's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Players should contact bm55 support via live chat or by writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint. bm55 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence bm55 operates.
